Student journalist Diane Raimona asks the public for their views on voluntary euthanasia.
In May of this year, a Voluntary Euthanasia group supported a woman by the name of Lecretia Seales during a week-long hearing at the High Court in Wellington. Seales, who was terminally ill, sought a landmark High Court ruling to allow her doctor to help her die without criminal prosecution.
Seales learned on her death bed that her dying wish had been denied.
