New Zealand Radio Training school students took a trip to Te Tahawai Marae this week.
Te Tahawai Marae is located in Pakuranga, on the outskirts of Edgewater College, so it was a quick drive from the school’s Queen Street location to learn about something completely new.
Students learned all about the Maori culture and how they can relate it back to their work as broadcasters.
Big thanks to Te Tahawai Marae for letting the students take over the Marae for the day.
