Vox Pop: America’s Cup victory parade

The America's Cup was paraded down the streets of Auckland City today.

The America’s Cup parade was held in Auckland today to celebrate Team NZ’s victory in Bermuda.

Auckland Mayor Phil Goff attended the parade and said it was “a great celebration of Kiwi achievement… sportsmanship, character, skill, and cutting-edge technology”.

With the America’s Cup now being New Zealand’s cup again, student journalists Emily, Katy, and Bryan hit the streets of Auckland to find out what the people thought of the parade and what the win means to them:
