McDonald’s has joined the hugely-popular food delivery App, UberEats.
UberEats users will now be able to ‘McOrder’ food items from selected McDonald’s stores in Auckland.
Although the McDelivery/UberEats team will only be available until 1 am to start out with, there are hopes UberEats will begin to deliver a broader range within not just Auckland, but nationwide.
The official McDelivery/UberEATS press release explains: “McDelivery via UberEeats will initially be available from McDonald’s Greenlane restaurant and McDelivery will operate within a 10-minute delivery zone to ensure hot, quality food every time. McDelivery via UberEats will be available from the Greenlane restaurant between 8 am to 11 pm, Sunday to Thursday, and 8 am to 1 am Friday and Saturday.”
More Auckland locations for the McDelivery partnership will be announced in coming weeks.
